External Surveys
Developer Surveys - October 2025
The following documents were received from the Developers on October 21st, 2025. They describe the results of the external surveys commissioned by the Developers themselves. It may be useful to note that as of October 2025, the Developers continue to insist that they informed CVRL of the start date and technical details of this phase of the build in May 2025. These key documents are however all dated October 15th, 2025.
The following file sets contain the photographs supporting the above reports. These photographs are stored as “.ZIP” files, and so cannot be “previewed” in most web browsers. To view the photographs, they must first be downloaded and opened on your device.
As part of the surveillance of the programme, CVRL have commissioned our own surveys in parallel with the above, to be conducted by Hollis Global, who are professional advisors to CVRL. These will be added here as soon as they are available.
For clarity, as here, the Developers frequently refer to blocks by number.
