Stephen, our Estate Manager, has an engineering, health & safety and IT background, with many year's of experience managing sites of various configurations and residents including ultra-high net worth private gated communities.

Janusz oversees all aspects of landscaping and horticulture in the Village, from the central green all the way to the rear of the buildings, ensuring all areas of the development are well kept and vibrant.

Paul is the maintenance man at Chiswick Village, responsible for general maintenance, plastering, and painting around the estate.

Tim is responsible for cleaning and vacuuming across the estate, as well as assisting the other members of the team when an extra pair of hands is required.

Debbie, a part-time member of the team, is responsible for refuse collection in the mornings during weekdays

As chair of the Board of CVRL and a long-term resident of the Village, my job is to bring together all those with an interest in maintaining the Village as a safe, secure and enjoyable home for us all.

I work as a psychotherapist, and have been with my husband Alexander since we met in 1986.

I have lived in the Village since 2014 and been a member of the Board since 2016, joining at the birth of my first child. I joined in order to contribute to this special community to which we all belong. I truly believe that the Village is a special place to live in, and I want to protect support it.

Alongside my work as a Director, I work for a local authority.

As a resident of over 10 years and a shareholder since early 2023, I have a long-standing connection to Chiswick Village. I love the opportunity that my directorships provides to me, to contribute to the welfare and improvement of our estate, as well as represent the interests of our residents - especially so during this time of unprecedented change.

Adam is a Director of Michael Richards and Co. and a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience of running large sites.

He has been actively engaged with the Board of CVRL for nearly 20 years, leading the Managing Agent’s team, providing extensive support and guidance to the Board.
