December 2011: Entrance Works:
Cycling Survey 2011 : Estate Manager: As you might know by now our Estate Manager, Mat Dubroti has told us that he wishes to resign from his post. We are grateful for Mat's work over the past four years and we wish him well in new ventures.
Since he told us we have been working with our Managing Agents to ensure that there is as little disruption as possible to the running of Chiswick Village.
We have engaged an agency who specialise in finding people with the skills, experience and manner that is required of a top class Estate Manager. As soon as we find the best person we will engage them as quickly as we can.
In the meantime we have engaged the services of Kenny Woolaston. Kenny knows Chiswick Village as he has helped us out in the past. He will take up his duties from Thursday 15th December. He can be contacted on the same number as you used for Mat: 07595 820 534. Kenny will be with us until we find our new Estate Manager.
If you know someone who has the skills, experience and manner for this job then do ask them to contact our Managing Agents who will provide all the details for the job. We will let you know just as soon as find a new Estate Manager.

Door refurbishments These begin very soon for the font doors of each block. The same locks are being used so your exisiting keys will still work. The back door refurbishment has almost finished. |

Refurbishment of the Lifts Block 119-142 & 185-204 work starts 25th July and is due to complete 16th Sept Block 221-236 & 253-268 work starts 1st Aug and is due to complete 23rd Sept |
